REPEAL OF WATER FLUORIDATION MANDATE

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE MINNESOTA LEGISLATURE
AND THE PEOPLE OF MINNESOTA

Dear Minnesota State Legislature,

You are on Notice that your acquiescence to the perpetuation of Minn. Stat. § 144.145 is in violation of the spirit of the Nuremberg Code and jus cogens principles of international norms related to bioethics and informed consent practices. 2005 UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, Article 6. The delineation between experimental and non-experimental is arbitrary and meaningless within a human rights context.

Informed consent rests immutably with the affected individual. 

I estimate 33% of the people of your state Do Not Consent with your poisoning of the public drinking water supplies with HYDROFLUOROSILICIC ACID or any other fluoride derivative. 

Notwithstanding everything, it remains your personal and professional responsibility to repeal Minn. Stat. § 144.145. I know some of you seem to have trouble locating the statute, so here it is for easy reference: https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/144.145. 

Furthermore, in its place, it is your responsibility to create a policy framework directed toward the removal of fluoride and fluoride derivatives in drinking water.

To the individual legislators I am addressing: I am not asking you to do what is right because you will succeed; I am asking you to do what is right because it is right and never stop until the TRUTH prevails.

The People are watching. We know this is wrong. And to you we say NO. The time for legislative action is now.
